Well, Jim -- I think I won the prize for getting the latest bulletin. Mine
was delivered today -- 3 days after you got yours and many days after most of
the rest of this group received there. Maybe it came by Pony Express, after
all Pony Express was founded just 40 miles north of here.

This late mail really makes you wonder what happened. My post office is
small and usually doen't hold this type of mail.

Dear Judy:
I am really perplexed and aggravated at the incredible late delivery of
your (and others) January Bulletin. What possible set of circumstances
could have produced such a enormous range of delivery times?
I tried to think of something funny to say about it, and the problem is
-- it's not really a very funny situation since, I feel confident that Board
members and RVPs weren't the only ones who got incredibly late Bulletins.
And, we talk about keeping our members happy. How happy can you be as a member
when you get your January Bulletin in March -- nearly mid-March, at that?
    Sigh,
        Jeanne
