Motion to shrink wrap IRISES

Hello all,

After the votes were received on the below motion it was tied at 9 Yes 
and 9 No votes.  As such, president Jim Morris was requested to cast his 
vote to break the tie.  He voted yes so the motion has passed.

"That we "plastic wrap" the AIS bulletin "Irises" for mailing."
