Re: Shrink wrap for IRISES
I am probably going to regret this, but...
I don't know what process is used to envelope and mail bulletins to the foreign members, or what process John and Kay use at the storefront to generate labels but I have several methods here at the Registrars' office to generate labels:
I have a Dymo label maker for making labels to send to hybridizers and registrants. The software includes a database of (multiple, separable) address books. I could maintain a list to "envelope" members and generate mailing labels for someone(else) to attach to enveloped bulletins.
Also form any Word or Excel file of names and addresses I can generate sheet labels for someone(else) to attach to enveloped bulletins.
If someone else keeps and updates a list of addresses, I can easily generate labels. A Word or Excel file is probably easier and sheet labels are less expensive than the Dymo roll labels. Someone else could maintain the address file and email it to me when it was time to print labels.
