In a face to face action, it
would be over in five minutes (or less).
Tom should be out,
shopping and getting the equipment he needs to
complete the jobs the
AIS needs to be able to handle in order to
function
effectively.
We need to find a better system for emergency
situations like this!

Yes, but how do we pay for it with our whopping deficit budget
already?? I am all for this but where do we cut budget to
compensate? Something has to give somewhere or we have to take in more
income.
