Re: Motion for New MemSec Laptop

The  motion has been seconded, so discussion may begin.
	I am completely in favor of this motion but I am aggravated by the  
fact that something so critical to the needs of the AIS must wait  
until the discussion period is over and the vote taken before action  
can be taken.
	In a face to face action, it would be over in five minutes (or less).
	Tom should be out, shopping and getting the equipment he needs to  
complete the jobs the AIS needs to be able to handle in order to  
function effectively.
	We need to find a better system for emergency situations like this!
