RE: Proposed/requested AIS Awards rule change, first of two


Hi Gerry,
Do we need to make a motion for this change?  I can make the motion if you
tell me what wording is appropriate.
"In any given year, where there are only two eligible cultivars for any  Award
of Merit, both cultivars shall be placed
on the ballot, with one vote for each judge, resulting in one winner in each
class."  Do you want to include HMs as well?
