I am confused!

Before E-membership you paid $25 for membership to get the printed
bulletin and $10 for access to the irisregister that would be a total
of $35.

Now if you want the bulletin electronically and the irisregister you
pay $15.

Who is getting cheated?  Many members of our club thought it was a
great idea and two of those are life members.
