I will need a letter stating that I attended both the Convention in New
Orleans and the November Board meeting.  These letters are for Committee
Chairs also, and any RVPs that attended as well.  FYI, the new tax laws will
make most itemized deductions a moot point for the majority of taxpayers on
their Federal returns, but many states did not change so itemizing for the
state is very beneficial.  My husband and I will see over $400 due to
itemizing on the state return.

If you are a Director or other officer who is required to attend board
meetings, please let me know if you need an acknowledgement letter for tax
year 2018, and which meetings you attended.
With the new tax laws, many people will not be itemizing deductions, but for
those of you who will, you will need this documentation.
