Change in Chair of Scientific Committee

Hello all.  Gary White has requested to step down as chair of the 
Scientific Committee and President Morris would like to have Bob 
Hollingworth as the new chair.

As such, I move that Bob Hollingworth be approved as the new chair of 
the Scientific Committee.
