Approval of Scarlett Ayers as new RVP for Region 23

Michelle Snyder moved and Howie Dash seconded the below motion.  As 
such, it is now out for discussion for the next two days.

"That we approve Scarlett Ayers as the new RVP of Region 23 to complete 
the term vacated by the prior RVP"
