Dear Nancy:
     Even those of us who are considered to be "in the loop," don't really
know what happened.   What you've read on AISDiscuss is about the sum total of
what we know -- thus far. It is our intention to give everyone on AISDiscuss
the latest information (and clarification) as we receive it.
     With all good thoughts going Roy's way ...
