Ann -- Those are some interesting and good ideas.   We do have a Public 
Relations and Marketing Chairman.   She does have a budget, and she does work to 
get things (ads and articles) into magazines, newspapers and such.   She works 
hard.  It has been suggested that the AIS divide Public Relations into a 
committee whose members are composed of individuals, each from separate geographic 
locations that would cover the USA, and that our National Chairman would serve 
as the "head."   Each geographically located committee member would apply some 
or most or the suggestions you've offered (and others) to their given area.   
The National Chairman would lead and direct these operations.
