I sent an email to AISDiscuss on Dec 9th, and for some reason it did not go through. I should have tried to resend this, but have been super busy this last 2 weeks preparing for Christmas.
There is alot of misinformation going around about who gets what concerning the Exhibitions. I have received several inquiries as to my address, so show chairpersons can send their show draft schedules to me. (I don't do that area.) I have also seen a Regional newsletter stating that Lois Rose is the one and only Exhibitions chair and she will handle all of the Exhibition duties. That is also not correct. So I thought that I would list the correct information as I received it from President Epperson.

Lois will received the draft show schedules, approve them, send out the certificates, the show supply order form, and the show report form.

Karen and Ray will receive the show reports, verify the results, mail out the medals and Exhibition Certificates and prepare the annual exhibitions show report.
As for the exhibition supplies, Roy sent Jayme a certified letter and the exhibition supplies were supposed to be sent to me by Nov 30th, and No, I have not yet received anything from Jayme yet.
