Unfortunately, in a situation like this someone was disappointed, however, we
are all volunteers and HUMAN and mistakes get made.  I think the 10 day rule
has worked well for us in the past, and why it did not work this year is
anyone's guess (cutbacks at the Post Office?).  With sincere apologies to the
disappointed hybridizer, I think our policy of a 10 day waiting period is
correct and should remain in place, and the corrected list be the one we
keep.
