Greetings all,

I have had several societies in Region 14 complaint about not being able to
get ahold of Jayme Adams, Exhibitions Chair, re the show rosettes and silver
and bronze medals.  Please see the below email received today as an example
of the concerns that I have been receiving.  Has anyone been in contact with
Jayme and what exactly should I tell my societies?

We are hoping you might be able to help us with a situation.

The email below explains our problem.  I sent this email to Jayme Adams,
Exhibitions Chairperson on August 10.

I have followed up with several phone calls, but no response to our emails
or phone messages.



We know Jayme got our order and show report, because our check was cashed,

but we have not received the rosettes we ordered or our silver and bronze
medals for the show winners.



Do you know if someone else took over this job?



Did you get your copy of our show report?



Any assistance you can give us would be much appreciated.

Hi, Jayme,

You are no doubt really busy processing the show reports.

When you have a chance, could you check on the status of our show
order/materials.

In late June, I mailed you the following:

.         The Monterey Bay Iris Society spring show report.

.         Judges ballots for the seedling exhibit.

.         An order form for rosettes.

.         A check for $139.00 to cover the cost of the above rosettes.



Our bank statement shows that the check was deposited into the AIS Wells
Fargo Bank account on June 30.

We have not received the rosettes.  Also, we have not received the silver
and bronze medals for the show recipients.

Please check the status of our order.
