Thanks for the question. 
Didn't mean that there would be snow at the
convention, not at all.  The snow
will be grape-vine that is higher
elevation and Tehachipi higher elevation. 
Rest of the roads may be
wet but weather promises to be very nice for your
viewing pleasure.
