RE: Motion regarding Multiple Year Iris register Subscriptions

I need to review the minutes from the meeting when we discussed the Iris Register and E-memberships because I don't remember that Iris Register was to be a part of E -memberships.  I remember that we mentioned making the Bulletin available online for these members, and the R&Is, and some other things,like the wiki, but not the Iris Register.  The e-membership was a "bargain-price" option that did not offer ALL that full membership did, but would encourage people that may not want the full benefits of AIS membership.  The one thing I remember is that e-memberships would not have access to the reserved names.

Since setting up the AIS E-memberships is a complicated, multi-step process and this is the first tiny step, I feel we should approve this ASAP and move as quickly as possible toward getting the rest of the procedures in place. 
 
John and Tom (AIS MemSec) have been working at getting this set up smoothy and getting the "ball rolling" to the more complicated parts of the E-Memberships.
