Good Morning All,
I just received an email from Robt advising me that Gary had indeed seconded
his revised motion and indicated that I apparently have been having some
problems with my email service.  That could very well be true as it has been
incredibly sluggish.  The City of Rio Rancho uses MSN as well and I noticed it
was very sluggish yesterday as well.  Therefore, as Gary White did officially
second the new motion, I therefore defer the second to Gary and vote yes to
the proposal.  Patricia
