[AISvote] Motion to transfer funds to AIS Foundation

Hello all,

Sorry, but with the Thanksgiving holiday the below motion slipped 
through the cracks.  Anyway, the motion is now out for vote.

"That the AIS transfer $10,005.49 to the AIS Foundation to close out the 
AIS Restricted Funds for the AIS Library and for Research&  Scientific 
Grants."
