And that AIS offers an Early Order Special (cutoff May 1, 2016)(including S&H) USA individual copy $7.00, packet of 10 $40.00; Canada individual copy $9.00, packet of 10 $50.00; International individual copy $12.00, packet of 10 $60.0."
