[AISvote] Motion to table

I vote yes to table the motion. In reviewing all the emails there is more
questions then answers. And while I feel the website could benefit from the
changes I believe this needs more discussion. I also want to state that I use
the wikii encylopedia a lot and from the begining I have found it not only
useful but easy to use. And it has only gotten better.
