RE: [AISvote] Motion to plastic wrap IRISES

I vote "No" on the proposed motion to shrink wrap the AIS Bulletin "IRISES"
for mailing.  I have talked to many people here in Southern California and we
received our issues in excellent condition.  The cost is too high for just a
few issues.  John Ludi has an excellent suggestion for dealing with the USPS.
