Re: [AISvote] Second motion to amend awards ballot

I agree with Gerry's suggestion of a remedy for this possible situation.  Its
not really so different from the remedy made a few years ago in which we added
two more Wister medals per year, resulting in up to 9 TBs on the Dykes ballot,
while all other classes have only 1 Special Medal winner per year and 3 irises
on the Dykes ballot.  So, this motion also helps to equalize the Dykes
Ballot.  
Therefore, I vote Yes on the motion below.

The
time for discussing the below motion has now ended.  It is now out 
for vote.
"In cases where there would otherwise be fewer than three irises on the
ballot
for the Dykes Medal in any iris class, the most recent earlier
winner(s) of
the Special Medal in that class that have been dropped from
the Dykes Medal
ballot shall be added back to the ballot in order to
bring the number of
candidates up to three."
