[AISvote] Motion to hold 2014 board meeting in Salt Lake City, UT

The time for discussion on the below motion has now passed.  As such, it 
is now out for vote.

"That the AIS direct Paul Gossett to sign a contract with the Hilton Airport Hotel in Salt Lake City, UT for the 2014 AIS Fall Board
Meeting".
