RE: Request for next year's budget

Hi Dwayne,
I wish to increase my budget to $1500.  One of my biggest expenses is postage,
and with the cost of stamps going up 3 cents, I will have more expenses
sending out the youth newsletter and the youth packets.  I may be able to
purchase more Forever stamps before the increase, but I haven't put in the
receipt for the last batch since I just started using them this week.  Still
working on the Federal IDs for all the affiliates.  Thanks.
