Editor  Wanted 
Quarterly  horticultural publication Irises  needs editor beginning with 
Jan 2014 issue. 
Ideal candidate  will have understanding of and ability to direct 
publishing workflow from  content creation through press preparation and publishing.  
Previous publishing experience highly  desirable. 
Ability to work  electronically with vendors and/or contributors from 
around the world, operating  on different software platforms.  Email, MS Office 
2007/2010, Adobe Acrobat PDF Reader and some kind of PDF  creation software 
(free software:  doPDF).  InDesign 5.5 or 6.0  or Adobe Creative Cloud a 
plus.  Basic photo editing software highly desirable.
