Jim,
If you use Chrome as a browser, the system will automatically detect French
(or whatever language) on the page and ASK you if you want it translated. If
you say YES, It does it right on the Page and the Blogger design is not
changed or lost. I believe it also uses Google Translate since Chrome and
Blogger are both part of Google.
