    I don't see where it matters when the other party's AIS membership 
expires.  The other party was not the winner in this contest.   We should 
not be giving away the winner's award to a 2nd party, no matter whether they 
live in the same household or not.    Not unless that is a specific request 
from our winner.
    The idea of a membership was a good idea, until I found out they already 
benefit within their household by already getting the bulletin.   Giving an 
award winner something that gives little additional value simply is not a 
good idea, and is not fair.   At least I don't think it is.
    I am waiting for some feedback from our contest runner up/winner.

I thought the membership idea was a fair value... until I found out that our
Spain winner already lives in a household with an AIS member.  Converting
them to a dual overseas membership is only a $5 value... but doesn't really
give them anything new, and probably is not fair compared to the value the
other Runner Up winners are receiving.  Any more ideas on this?

I like the idea of an AIS membership or the extension of AIS membership for
1
year.  Speaking for the KC Convention committee, shipping overseas is not
something we could do easily.
