List SPAM

I have temporarily made the list private. If a non-subscriber sends a  
message to the list, as list manager, I will get a message to that  
effect. If there is a real message for the list I will forward it  
onward. Hopefully we will be able to filter out most of the spam  
before it gets to me.

This is a temporary measure until we can discuss the issue at the  
fall meeting.

I will also look into getting a contact page on the website.
