Yes, it is  that fun time of year again when we try to estimate AIS General 
Fund income  and expenses for the next fiscal year. 
For your operating area, please let  me know what income you think your 
area will generate next year and what  expenses your area will have.   
Please get Budget 9-30-12 items to me no later than October  20th.

Hi  Jill, 
As In then past, I will not be sending an expense reimbursement request. My 
 expenses are less than $ 200 a year and since I no longer have the expense 
of  attending the Board meetings, I consider this small amount my annual 
donation to  the "cause" !
 
I expect some reduction in advertising for the coming year. I estimate it  
to be around $500. Several advertisers have advised they are cutting back, 
some  stated they received very little response  to their ads,  Some, like 
Cooley's, are going out of business, etc.
 
This fall off in income might be mitigated by AIS receiving some  
advertisements from the Daylily Society growers as result of our reciprocal ads.
