To those attending the Fall AIS Board Meeting in San Diego:
Erica at the Courtyard Hotel said that they follow state regulations regarding COVID.
People who have had both vaccinations may choose to go maskless. All of the hotel staff wears masks. Make sure to bring your COVID vaccination card or phone app to show compliance. And maybe bring a mask, just in case.
For those who are registered for the meeting breakfast, snacks and lunch will be served out in the hallway, just outside the meeting room. Attendees may choose to eat in the lobby (where there are lots of tables), hallway or in the meeting room. People might be able to go outside to eat. There is plenty of open space with tables inside that floor of the hotel.
Dinner on Saturday evening is not included in the hotel package which means that dinner will be on your own. Here is a list of nearby restaurants:
