| Hi Tom, The process (at least when I was Electronic Services Chair) was for the Bulletin Editor to send a PDF of the Bulletin to me (and Wayne for the News and Notes) when it was released to Sundance for printing. Even though as of several years ago I was no longer ESC I continued to generate the files for the online viewing WHEN I was sent the PDF. I would then send them to the ESC (David Cupps at the time) However for at least the last 7 or 8 months the Bulletin editor did not remember to send out the file on time and had to be reminded. I was not aware that the Fall edition had been released until I received my copy in the mail.
