Motion for "traveling exhibits" from the library

Bob Pries moved and Jeanne Plank seconded a rewrite of the original 
motion which Bob has advised he is agreeable to.  As such, the following 
motion is now open for official discussion.

> "That the AIS Library be requested to create "traveling exhibits" that
> could be displayed and viewed at designated "branch" locations
> throughout the country."
