Irisarians worked hard to get information about Clarence's book out to as
many
people as they could, given the time-frame constraints. Much thought has
gone
into how the offer will be presented in the January Bulletin and how best
to
define the time limits on the offer taking in to account the
capriciousness of
Bulletin delivery time.
