I have gotten calls about this email.  This is NOT correct that there is

Dear LORENE Robinson CRONE,

There is just a week until the deadline for voting the AIS ballot, and the
system does not show you as having voted. If you use a printed ballot, it
must be postmarked by August 1. Please remember that putting a letter in a
mailbox does not guarantee a postmark on that same day. So why not vote your
ballot and mail it (if not online) today while you are thinking about it?

Please note that if I receive the ballot after August 10 (but it is
postmarked by the first), you will receive credit for having voted, but your
votes will not count. Therefore mailing before the deadline is recommended.
This is especially important for overseas judges.

Since time is getting to be short, why not try on-line voting? The system
has been used for several years now, and most judges who have used it have
found it a pleasant experience. The deadline here is also August 1, but the
server is open later than the Post Office.

If the password is very strange-looking, it was generated by the computer,
and you will be required to change it the first time you log on. 

I hope you will consider using on-line voting, since a lot of work has gone
into making it fast and convenient. Of course, using the printed ballot is
still an option (and will be for the forseeable future).
