This kit would include a two broadcasting units consisting of a clip on microphone box and attached lavalier microphone option, and a receiver unit for for a high quality DSLR camera with mini plug input. ($200) In addition I would also purchase 2 receivers for smart phones or other video devices. 1 unit would be a USB-C commotion, the other an Apple “Lighting” connection. ($80 each). This set would cost a total of $360 + tax. My Request is a motion for "up to $400 to cover high quality audio equipment for video recording." This would be used to allow me to work with others to record interviews in person with hybridfizers and others. I already have my own set. To make this successful we would need volunteers in various areas of the country to work together to learn how use this equipment and best practices for recording an interview. This presumes that participants already have a video device and a stabilizing unit such as a tripod. It is my intention that this becomes a turnkey training opportunity. Pleas consider becoming involved or recommending someone in your are to participate.
