All,
Following the Spring 2014 board meeting when I received a copy of the
Motions, I discovered that Motion 3: Approve Fall minutes as published on
the
website was not as I had read it. I could not see over my left shoulder
to read what was typed there on the screen. I attempted via AISdiscuss to
get the motion corrected but nothing happened as that was when we were
having electronic problems with AISdiscuss. In the current Spring minutes
the
Motion is correctly stated as below.
MINUTES OF THE LAST MEETING:
New Orleans, Louisiana b November 1-2, 2013
*George Boyce moved and Susan Boyce seconded:
**Approve Fall minutes as corrected. Motion carried.
Not to belabor the point but to get the Fall 2013 Minutes printed
correctly, I have listed them as corrected one more time for board approval.
See
Attachment. I believe we need a motion to correct them. I hope we have the
AISdiscuss technical problems resolved as I haven't received any feedback
or acknowledgements.
