Re: Promotional video-Plea for videos

I anticipate having a script, and storyboard, before submitting a cost to the board. I have contacted the videographer who did the AHS video and he would be willing to work with as much material and sweat equity as we can provide in order to keep a cost low. I will send out a plea now for video clips of shows, treks, gardens, etc. that we could look at to use as material. Perhaps the northern zones would still have opportunities to take videos. The AHS video I believe took two years to get the material they needed. If we can draw on our members perhaps we could get these shots together sooner.

One of the things that is necessary to make this project successful is to develop a script so that we can clearly define the message and the professionals have a guide to work by. We can't understand the cost (which we would need to put together a funding request) without understanding the scope of the project.

It is a great idea.
