Yes, they have meetings and yes, the insurance would be good for that purpose too.  I think I can manage a donation of some kind out of the region treasury.  But let's all agree in Portland.  Again let's be gentle with this decision.

Once again I am asking what this portion of the insurance costs.  I would like to see it spelled out separately from the liability, etc.  Michelle would you please answer this for me?
