 Jay, we cannot get to this and really need it.

This server could not verify that you are authorized to access the document requested. Either you supplied the wrong credentials (e.g., bad password), or your browser doesn't understand how to supply the credentials required.                                                                                                        Can you send it to Tom as an excel file?  Or John , can you let us know if there should be a change in the password info?
