Motion for Bob Proes to be chairman of the National Collections committee

I apologize for sending this out a little late.  Have been leaving very 
early in the morning and not returning until late in the evening this 
entire week.  Anyway, the time for voting on the below motion has ceased 
and the motion has passed.

"That Bob Pries be named as Chairperson for the AIS National 
Collections, Display and Test Gardens committee"
