The 2011 Proposed Ballot is now posted online for everyone to view and  
send any questions or corrections to me _RuthBB@aol.com_

Go to the AIS web site: _www.irises.org_ (http://www.irises.org/)   , click 
on 'About Irises', then 'Awards and Surveys', then 'AIS Awards'. Then  
click on the highlighted '2011 Proposed Ballot'. Or just click on this link:

It will only be available for a couple of weeks, and then will be sent to  
the printer.
 
The purpose of posting it is to verify its correctness.
 
Please pass this information along to everyone who may be interested,  but 
especially hybridizers. It is imperative that they check that  their 
introductions are on the list, particularly the HMs, since this could be  their 
first year to appear on the ballot. ( Reminder: Bearded iris are on the  ballot 
the second year after introduction, while beardless ones are added the  
third year after introduction.) If you know a hybridizer who does not have  
computer access, the ballot may be printed for him.
