Death of Tony Willott

I received the attached message from Jim Copeland just a few minutes ago reporting the death of Tony Willott.  According to an email from Dorothy Willott included below, Tony passed away yesterday.  No details as to services.
   
  Thought everyone would want to know. Those of you who knew Tony know that in addition to being a noted hybridizer of median iris, he was a wonderful, gentle, caring man. He will be missed by all.

We just got this message from Roger Mazur. Apparently, Tony Willott died yesterday.

I am so sorry to hear about Tony's death.  He will be missed by all.  Whenever I saw him, he always had a smile, which I will never forget.  
Take all the time you need, but if you do make it to Austin, you will have the support of everyone.

   My convention registration is paid, my plane tickets are paid and I have a room reserved at the convention hotel, however, I am not sure whether I will be able to make the trip.
