The last two Bulletins have arrived late here in McLean, Va, zip code  22101. 
The January Bulletin did not arrive until March. (Bruce sent me an  advance 
copy of the Bulletin, so I did not "suffer." Love that Bruce!) I have  had no 
other late delivery problems.  I have a lot of overseas  correspondence and 
subscribe to quite a few publications. Clarence  Mahan
