I already tried that and a USPS Customer Service Rep said it was in St.  
Louis in different batches, thus accounting for different delivery dates.   They 
process second class mail immediately after first class.  The rep said  we 
should check out our mailing service a little closer and look into drop  shipments 
or more localized mailings.
