This is not a normal occurrence. Usually I receive my bulletin timely within a week or two after Bruce says it's on its way. A little late is not ideal, but okay -- this time the lag time from mailing to receipt has been extraordinarily long -- and certainly not acceptable.

To those of you -- Jim, Judy, Betty, Joyce and others who have reported
very late Bulletin delivery --
Is this late delivery "unusual" or have you experienced late Bulletin
delivery in the recent past? Is this a one-time phenomenon, or perhaps an
exaggerated example of a pattern or trend.

I think in general my mail service is very poor. I am on a rural route for
mail purposes even though I'm really in the city! My Bulletin, however, has
never been this late prior to the January issue.
