Dear John:
     The BIC has been printed on my authority after a more than simple 
majority of the Board voted in favor of a limited reprinting.
     I have received a copy of the newly reprinted BIC. I have every reason 
to believe that copies are on their way to you -- and I would guess they could 
arrive any time now since my copy arrived here on Thursday.
     You will be able to fill your back orders very soon.
