To those of you  --  Jim, Judy, Betty, Joyce and others who have  reported 
very late Bulletin delivery -- 
    Is this late delivery "unusual" or have you  experienced late Bulletin 
delivery in the recent past?  Is this a  one-time phenomenon, or perhaps an 
exaggerated example of a pattern or  trend.
