Dear everyone,

     I'm not on the Board so I merely have some thoughts and an inquiry.   I
didn't want to make any comment about the AIS budget until I could review it
first. and so I went to the AIS web site, and find the available budget is
the April 30th 2005 Financial report.



From the April report, things I noticed are:

-       12 month decline in total AIS assets were $56,520.50, or 18.5%, from
April 2004's asset balance of $304,952.

-       However, the 12 mo. net income for the general fund was a plus of
$4,298, and a loss of $5,758 for allocated funds. yet combining those two
does not jive to the $56K asset decline, so I am missing something here.

-       The Bulletin expenses increased by $20,183 during this 12 month
period.

-       The annual insurance cost shown was only $1,150, which doesn't seem
to be in line with the current discussion.   Jay did mention something about
an umbrella policy, but it is not clear.



I would be interested in seeing the more recent fall budget report online if
possible, and thanks for all the information we currently have available.
