Hello all,--
Attached is the registration form for the upcoming Fall Board Meeting in San Diego, CA. You will see that the only expenses needed are the hotel accommodations and your flights, if required. There is NO actual registration fee for this meeting as the AIS is picking up the cost.
Please remember the cutoff date for the group discounted rate for the hotel expires on 10/5/2021.
